An Improved CZT Algorithm for High-Precision Frequency Estimation

Estimating the frequencies of multiple superimposed exponentials in noise is an important problem due to its various applications engineering. In order obtain good inhibition spectral leakage and improve estimation accuracy, improved Chirp-Z transform (CZT) algorithm proposed for high-precision frequency estimation. Firstly, analyzes characteristics CZT spectrum utilizes construct a bias correction factor Then, expression between error derived more accurate estimate bias. Finally, corrected by estimated so as higher accuracy. Compared with conventional algorithm, achieves accuracy correcting method using The verified simulation studies experimental results, results show that it has better robustness than existing methods.
